Our first mission is to offer you the best online shopping experience, so we have made it easier for you to make your shipment easier because your convenience is our priority.

After you have successfully completed your order, our customer service team will make a review for the order validation and customer contact information through a phone call or an SMS within 24-72 hours. Expected delivery time is mentioned in the description of each item.

Please be advised that the official business days in the Beitna.com from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, holidays and public holiday is a holiday for all employees of Beitna and our shipping companies

 

 Beitna.com mainly delivers your orders through the company's own fleet but may get help from a third party at peak times to ensure the timely shipping of your order.

We allow you to choose the most convenient time for your delivery, on any day, on another day according to your geographical area, or during any week or even month.

 In the case of urgent orders, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to help you.

 We will ask for your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the goods. We will deliver the order to the registered address and we consider the signature of anyone at the address as a receipt of the order.

 If there is no one at the registered address to receive your order, we will ask you to contact our customer service to agree another delivery time. The company is not able to attempt delivery more than twice. The company is not responsible for any order exceeding 7 days of the first delivery attempt.

 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Fridays and Public Holidays.

 

Important Delivery Information:

A signature is required upon receipt of the shipment.

We insure all packages in transit from Beitna.com to the delivery address against theft and incidental damage. Once the package has been signed for, it is no longer insured by Beitna.com

 

Beitna.com reserves the right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if your location is in a remote area.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process.
