Mega Mall |
The Mega Mall is being constructed currently within
“Beitna Towers” which will be 42 storeys high, with a
total area of 110 thousand square meters on 11 Donums
piece of land designed for the towers within Beitna
City. The first eight storeys will be executed as a
first stage of the tower designed for Mega Mall. Its
total area is40 thousand sqm.
The building is characterized by a distinguished
architectural design. It will be a cultural feature
located in the middle of Beitna City which has a unique
site in the middle of the capital. It is also
characterized by the presence of three pedestrian
bridges which will connect Amman areas to each other
through the Mall building:
At the third storey
The first walk bridge will connect the Mega Mall with
Al-Nasr Mountain.
At the six storey
The second walk bridge will connect the Mega Mall with
Al-Taj Mountain.
At the eighth storey
The third walk bridge will connect the Mega Mall with
Al-Jofeh Mountain.
The bridges will contain commercial shops organically
connected to the Mall so that anyone entering the bridge
will be in the Mall immediately upon entering. The Mall
will make it possible for citizens to move freely on
foot easily between these areas. So the Mall will be a
centre of attraction and meeting point of Amman areas
surrounding it.
Mall Investment Private Shareholding Company was founded
with a view to establishing managing and operating
commercial markets.Its capital became 30.1million JD's
divided into 30.1 million shares. Shares are being
marketed to those who are interested in this investment.
Mall Investment Private Shareholding Company now owns
the Mega Mall. It will manage and operate it when the
building is completed. |
