Beitna City Beitna City
The Company has re-organized “Beitna Location” on Yarmouk Street to be a complete city forming a new centre of the capital, Amman,which corresponds to modern city centres in the world. It obtained the approval of planning authorities as well as the necessary licences.

The new organization of the City has comprised residential buildings, commercial shops of different uses, university and medical centre buildings and hospitals, in addition to “Beitna Towers” which consist of forty storeys including Mega Mall,offices and hotel apartments.

So, Beitna City location will be an investment basis attracting the most important and greatest investments as to feasibility and importance. It will also cause the creation of great job opportunities and unlimited activities.

The area of Beitna City is (140) Donums = (140,000 Square Meter). The part already finished of it contains several buildings currently including (737) commercial shops, (95) residential apartments and (30) business offices.

Beitna City Location:

Beitna City is located in the centre of the most crowded population area in Amman. It is situated in the middle of Jabal Al-Nasr,Um Nawara, Jabal Al-Jofeh Mountain, Jabal Al-Taj, Um Teena Quarter, Ashrafia, Wihdat, Quwaismeh and Abu Alanda areas, whose population is about two thirds of the capital’s population. These areas have no basic services usually provided by city centre areas.

This location is characterized by tremendous vitality:

First: The City is situated on Yarmouk Street which is considered as part of the Inner Ring Road in the city of Amman, which is expected to be completed during2005 upon the completion of Abdoun Bridge which connects Fourth Circle/ Abdoun.

Second: Jordan Street passes through Beitna City through Al-Taj tunnel which is executed by Amman Greater Municipality, with a length of 950 m, connecting the Hashemite Yard (the known heart of Amman City) to the location of Beitna City, which will be the new heart of Amman.

Third: The intersection of the Inner Ring Road with Jordan Street on the border of the project causing a double importance.
